There is a drill type of looking toll or looks like electric shears that cuts through chains.

If you wanted to steal anything like a bike that was secured by one of those it would be alot quicker and simpler to just use a pair of bolt cutters or a special drill that cuts through
chains if you are that type of person that goes around and does that stuff.

wow that was kinda sorta hard for my lock bc all my numbers had little gaps between them but i got it! thanks my lil cuz was crying bc he forgot the #'s haaha
