Must be a summer birdhouse for the rich birds to vacation to. Certainly no bird would go near that thing in the rain or snow. Or is this not a functional birdhouse and just for looks? As a feeder you would be left with a horible mess under it because it has nothing to catch the eaten husks from the seeds.
