he goes over the concepts very well, its not his teaching that is confusing, its the difficult music theory concepts. try getting a beginning book at your local music store...that might be easier for you.

lol you are extremely patient! I know someone who is totally tone-deaf. Major and minor scales, triads, chords, appergios etc. sound ALL THE SAME to her!
