he is a very good cook from what i've heard the only 2 reasons hes like that is for ratings and to teach his chef's and crew what its like to be under pressure which is a good tactic to forcing people to do there jobs as best as possible.

i like this show, but the only reason people watch it (as i see) is because ramsey's attitude and foul language... i used to admire him as a chef, and hope that he isn't actually like this in real life rather than on tv.
