It basically depends on what kind of paintball you would like to play. Most electric paintball guns like the egos and dye guns are for xball and airball. You will notice that when you go to in indoor field, the rental guns are tipman a-5 or custom. These are ok for slow more calm paintball. It all depends on your type of paintball

Buy a tippmann a-5 it wont break like spyders =)

most of the time I keep them...... but I have sold one here and there, but most of the time I like collecting old or rare markers........

try "first call paintball" or "Doro Paintball" (google them for websites)..... both carry decent used markers, as well as new ones for decent prices.......I get my guns from ebay, but I like repairing markers so I get some sweet deals that way.

yeah i jsut moved here and i have only been to the field like 2,so i dont know too many people well enough.

trust me theres lots :) but never look for one online. i always go at my local speedball field. theres always players selling their old markers. but i dont trust anybody that easy, i see the same people over and over at the field, and most of them im already friends with so i could count on them a lot more. and i suspect how they treat their gear

im pretty sure i woyuld fall in love with it too,but i dont know anybody who has an early ego for sale. :/
