Girugamesh has been around since like 2001 or 2002 ( maybe even earlier ) 9goats started last year.. Vocalist's been in quite a fwe other bands before though

Looks a lot like girugamesh, sounds a lot like dir en grey, but ... more experimental and melodic. i like.
