Great video and soundtrack and superlative airmanship and ATC. I flew on a Britannia Airways flight in the early 90's which had a compressor stall on take off resulting in repeated banging and flames from the engine. May have been a bird strike or another cause - I dont't know. After levelling off and the pilot announced what had happened over the intercom, and that it was the first time it had happened in his career but something they train for in the simulators :-)

Maybe because it happened at EGCC but I understand your point, it is amazing to be able to hear the pilots being so calm and this standard is maintained throughout the world mostly due to the CAA.
