you made an awesome decision.Toyota builds quality.look at the fit of your body panels.they fit the panels much better than the formerly big 3.

I don't care how good Toyota is. I hate their guts.

If we are so good as Americans why do we always compare ourselves to Toyota. Every TV Ad and Radio Ad now a days is comparing to Toyota. Stop the madness. You people are making other people buy Toyota vehicles. Stop comparing. We are loosing customers because of you A-Holes. I hate this Bull*** Ford VS Toyota, GM VS Toyota, Chrysler VS Toyota. Stop comparing. New potential buyersare going straight to Toyota to buy vehicles ,because all this Toyota crap. We are hurting our own economy.

Hell, I would buy the Ford. The frame is stronger, has trailer safety control and handles better than the other 4.

Emotion played no part in my purchase. I have never owned a Toyota before the Tundra, no in my immediate family has owned a Toyota that I can remember. I bought the Tundra for the engine, transmission, potential towing abilities, safety features and large size. In all of the above referenced area's the Tundra was as good if not better than anything the competition could offer. On top of this the price for the reliability/quality I would be getting provided me with a very good deal.

logic is beautiful. You should try it sometime. Your emotional purchase of a substandard "truck" proves you have no logic. Really sad.

That is correct, I have never towed anything with my truck. How has my story changed?? There are more trucks in the world than just my truck hotrod! Perhaps I didn't use my truck when I worked for the lawn company?? Logic quite possibly would have led you to that conclusion if you would have realized that the new Tundra's (which I have) came out in 2007 and 6 summers of lawn truck driving would have taken me back to at least 2003. Logic, how beautiful!

wiki your story changes. I recall you saying that you 'have not yet towed anything" with your truck.

As for the things I do not like about my truck, there are a few. The interior seems somewhat cheaply put together. I currently have a dash drooping issue that a TSB was issued for. The bumpers on my truck are also incredibly thin, even the slightest bump and they cave right in. These are two very minor things however and the things I love, such as the pure power and speed, the interior space, and the traction control system in the winter, vastly outweigh any frustrations I might have.

I have towed on many occasions hotrod. I drove a lawn truck for 6 summers through high school and college. I know that towing over the weight a vehicle is listed for is not safe. Brakes do fade, stability can become an issue, and lack of power can cause problems when merging. Your story about your towing experience is wonderful, you were however breaking the law every mile of your trip, and you are quite lucky you were not involved in any accidents.

cont. You know what its all because of your pride wiki. you are so full of yourself that you would never admit that you made a mistake or that you were wrong. Matter of fact i would also wager an even bigger amount that if your truck has major problems, like engine falure or tranny falure... something along those lines, and it cost you an arm and a leg to fix. you would still come on here talking like you do.
