sorry for that, my comment was aimed at "justin198809" who posted a comment claiming hat Justin came up with this technique(a page or so back). for some odd reason it didn't come through as a reply. don't get me wrong through, Justin is an amazing player. his compositions aren't my cup of tea but that just a matter of my taste.

So why is it a bad thing to develop your own style? who says Justin King HAS to play JUST like Preston Reed? Sure he is the godfather of the genre but why must evrybody sound like him?

i agree man about Erik Mongrain, Air Tap is really good, but to me Preston Reed for example is WAY better, hes the one who invented the style, and people like andy mckee that made Drifting, uses his style. Check out Preston Reed, stuff like "Ladies night", Tribes, Overture and so many others great songs

I've seen King play this song better than this. He's playing it way faster here than he normally does. King's definitely got some chops. It's really hard to compare the great acoustic players out there because they all have very different styles. Andy McKee and Antoine Dufour are my favorites, though. Erik Mongrain's done some cool stuff. Kaki King was the one who originally got me interested in the sytle, but she's more electronic now.

Antoine Dufour is my favorite--- Candyrat lol. Its hard to find any good guitarists who arent candyrat sponsored....Electric notwithstanding.... So if u could enlighten, that would be great.
