thanks , mind if i ask why it took longer for u to be able to play sports ? and are there any longering effects , or does ur shoulder feel completely ok , like before the injury

It took me about 4 months to be able to do pretty much everything with no problem except play sports. I could play soccer after 6 months and basketball after 8. The only thing I still will not risk doing is anything that involves throwing, like baseball.
