yep! I agree with you! we have 5 OIMA machines too, and we have just bought another one! The range start from a 90tons up to a 750tons.

We have 6 oima machines in our factory. Oima are the most reliable machines we've had.
8 years and no major breakdowns. I am not Italian.

I am from Germany. Oima machines are certainly better than Chinese machines. But Oima machines are very unreliable. Need much care. Sorry my english is bad.

Yes, they are all modern OIMA machines! We are using them since many years with no problems! :) -- made in Italy it's better than made in china! ;) where are you from?

3) the sensors of the robot are on the robot?? The pc that control the robot dialogate with the one of the machine.
4) the film has been made last year.. 2006.. using a telephone camera.
... thanks for your comment!
bye Mauro!

Hi,
now I try to reply to your answers with my english :)
1) yes, there is a conveyor that transport the pieces out of the machine into e boxes or on a table where they can be analized by the operator.
2) stuck pieces must be found by the operator.. any pieces must be controlled by a uman (in our case). There are some plants that control the pieces with a camera+pc software...

I wonder if there is something on the bottom of the machine like a conveyor or disposal conveyor, what about stuck pieces? where are the sensor stations what year is that film made?
looks great.
