This stage looks kind of tricky. But I noticed at 1:34 you can run back and forth until you can get enough steam to fly and glide the rest of the way.

I knew that the star music was incorrect. I found that out when patching a clean ROM with the Mario 3 music patch. I also knew about the wing cap theme form Mario 64. But I didn't know about the music from Yosh's Island because I have not played that game. Anyways, good level.
