I'm confused: You loaded 2 songs, right (ie: the actual song + instrumental)? Which means there should be 4 channels (2 left, 2 right). But I only see TWO channels. As a result (and based on your instructions) I thought you were ONLY using the instrumental. Plus I never saw you switch to the "actual" song. So when you hit Play, and I heard vocals, I got confused. When/how did you switch songs? You're not showing EVERY step. Please show us n00bs the ENTIRE process, including the program menus.

in the multitrack view is it loaded exact same versions of tracks? cus i see 2 tracks

Nothing else to try. There are always small differences in the mastering of the vocal version and the intrumental version. The vocals effect the dynamic processing (compressor and stuff), so other instruments get more compressed than they would without vocals. So maybe in the vocal version the snaredrum is compressed more than in the instrumental. the result is a different waveform which could make the above shown method useless.
