Are you serious?We have never received a complaint from one of our customers.We are very careful to not let it stay down longer than what is recommended,maybe thats the difference?Thanks for your post always good to hear from professionals in related fields+++Bob

Too bad it leaves a glue like residual on the carpet that causes resoiling. Drop cloths are a better choice From a carpet cleaner
