It's true, but my architect friends are often similarly useless when it comes to conceptualising what they 'do'. We got the idea in the end.

Yes, the multi-coloured, artistic common spaces are what I thought all we people with hidden talents were supposed to do for society, our neighbourhoods, the world. Express yourselves, we're all artists.

Very cool, but he is incapable of describing concrete project! Luckily I know people who do similar things in London so I could image what he was on about, and towards the end the start showing more pictures so people get the idea.
