They're not chop sticks lol, its what you use for creasing so that you don't get dirty smudges all over the paper.

hey, everyone can you just stop swearing and insulting her, she has tried to show us how to make one, and admittedly, she didnt do a very god job, but theres no need to winge and moan because you cant do it, if you cant do it, then look up google or go buy an origami book, she put the effort into make a vid and posting it, so you should make the effort and actually use your heads and stop being ignorant

Had to try this four times, but I succeded at last. It's not a super video because it's too fast, and not enough close ups, but it beats the pictures you find on Google.
